They shipped fast from California Customer service answered all my questions in 24 hrs Using it on a EZ-GO TXT 48 Volts Installation was plug and play (do not disconnect the old charger input to cart or it will think the charger is in use and cart will not work) If you have 12 Volts lights and other accessories, you will need to buy a voltage reducer regulator which is not a big deal to install I also Installed a Main Switch to completely disconnect the cart from battery to eliminate and residual parasitic discharge
