Alasad has served as the Undersecretary to the Ministry of Energy & Petroleum in Sudan and held board memberships in various oil and gas companies. He is the founder of the Sudan Energy Transition 2050 initiative, aiming to advance sustainable energy policies.

Mohamed Nasr Bashier is the General Manager at Federal Energy LLC-FZ in Dubai. With a BSc in Petroleum Engineering, he brings over 29 years of oilfield experience from Sudan and the U.A.E., focused on management, project management, and business development in various service sectors. Bashier is a member of ICOTA and SPE, with a keen interest in green energy and technology implementation.
